US consul general in Thessaloniki: Health of every person must be top priority"The United States and Greece share common values and a long-standing belief that democracies are strengthened by the active participation of all their citizen"

The US consul general in Thessaloniki, Jerry Ismail, stressed the need to work together for a future where inclusion will be the norm and the health of every person will be a priority, ANA reports.

Jerry Ismail spoke to the Athens-Macedonian News Agency (ANA-MPA) on the sidelines of the Inclusivity Lounge with the theme of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in Health, which was hosted for the 2nd consecutive year in the context of the Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF).
He also emphasized that the key to a just and inclusive society, where women or other vulnerable groups will not be left out of decision-making centers in critical areas such as health, is the awareness of the problem.
