The competent authorities have taken decisions for 5 hotels in Aegina, Samos, Ermionida, East Mani, and Edessa.

The building department of the municipality of Piraeus granted a small-scale work permit for the installation of scaffolding, cladding of facades and replacement of glass curtains with scaffolding, painting or repair work using scaffolding and internal arrangements-change of use work at a 3-star hotel located in Agia Marina, Aegina, owned by the company CAZ HOTELS S.A.

The Department of Modern Monuments and Technical Works of the North Aegean of the Ministry of Culture approved the study for the repair and restoration of the structural adequacy of an earthquake-damaged building owned by the company AEGEAN HOTEL AND TOURISM S.A., within the urban plan of Pythagoreio in the municipality of Eastern Samos, under terms and conditions, as the proposed works contribute to the restoration of the building, without altering its aspects and volume and consequently the physiognomy of the part of the port of Pythagoreio, designated as a historical site.

The municipality of Ermionida has given a positive opinion on the study of stream demarcation in the Petrothalassa area of ​​Argolida, within the framework of the strategic investment for the establishment and operation of a complex tourist accommodation by the company SCARLET BEACHES-HOTELS AND TOURIST ENTERPRISES SOLE-PERSON S.A.

The General Directorate of Antiquities and Cultural Heritage of the Ministry of Culture and Sports approved the Environmental Impact Study of the project to operate a hotel unit of the type of furnished apartments, A' class, 4-star category, with a capacity of 71 beds and the addition of a 4-star building complex, with a capacity of 29 beds, at the location of Agia Sotira outside the boundaries of the settlement of Kafiona Itylou in Eastern Mani, by the entity GIANNAROS AXKETE.
