First football club hotel under construction by Juventus in Continassa

The new prestigious hotel, managed by a subsidiary of the Eden Travel Group and Juventus and adjacent to the new Training Center, will soon open.

The real estate development in the Continassa area continues, as in addition to already housing the Juventus registered office, the new Juventus Training Center, and WINS - World International School, the area will soon be enriched by the new J Hotel. It will be an exclusive four-star hotel complex that will extend over an area of 11,200 square meters and will have 138 rooms, plus catering, meeting facilities, a spa and an outdoor area.

The new J Hotel, owned by the J Village real estate fund will be leased and managed by B & W Nest S.r.l, a company 60% owned by Eden Travel Group S.r.l. and 40% from Juventus Football Club S.p.A. The structure will make use of the expertise of Eden Hotels + Resorts, the hotel chain of Eden Travel Group and will be the first hotel in Italy in collaboration with a football club, giving guests the opportunity to experience the Juventus world more closely while enjoying Italian culture and cuisine.

The hotel will be located a few hundred meters from Allianz Stadium and will be adjacent to the brand-new Juventus Training Center, now completed. An entire wing of J Hotel will be made available to the first team of Juventus who will train at Continassa from next season.

Aldo Mazzia, CEO and CFO of Juventus Football Club said, "The opening of the J Hotel represents another step for the redevelopment of an area abandoned for decades in our city. Juventus was the catalyst of this operation, which has invested over 350 million euros, if we consider the Allianz Stadium, the properties owned by the J Village real estate fund and the commercial initiatives that have sprung up around the Stadium. It's been almost a year since the company moved here to via Druento, where once stood the old farmhouse, and the first team will soon start training at the new Juventus Training Center."

It will be a unique and fantastic experience for fans, tourists and visitors who will be able to stay in the same hotel that will host the Bianconeri players.

Great attention will also be paid to the cuisine on offer, as the hotel will house a restaurant that will be open to the public and guests of the hotel. It will feature a wide range of International, Mediterranean and Piedmontese cuisine in a restaurant that will have 140 seats inside and 60 seats in the outside area.

There will also be the possibility of using J Hotel's banqueting and catering services, with four meeting rooms with a capacity of 20 people each, as well as a 93-seat meeting room which can be adapted to suit your needs.
