New "Athens Guide" welcomes tourists to the capital of Greece

Τhe most popular tourist guide of Athens for the last 20 years, Athens Guide by City Contact was released on April 1st, 2016 and is already being delivered daily throughout leading hotels in Greece's capital, to be read by thousands of tourists and visitors.

Its Spring Edition is completely revised, featuring larger dimensions  (15 cm. width and 24 cm. height) and intends to provide the highest quality view of local businesses to the city's visitors.

It is printed in 90,000 copies, will be read by approximately 195.000 tourists and visitors and can be found at 400 circulation points throughout City Contact's info stand system. The guide is under the auspices of HATTA (Hellenic Association of Travel and Tourism Agencies) and the Region of Attica.

The Athens Guide can be found until the middle of June at the following distribution points:

• 3 Athens Marinas (Marina Zea, Olympic Marina and Flisvos Marina)
• Tourist police's office on Klafthmonos Square
• Daily tours by Athens Walking Tours
• Embassies
• Tourism businesses, conferences and events

Highest quality

More than 650,000 tourists annually read the Athens Guide and stay updated on the best entertainment spots, shopping, food, drink and activities in the city.

It was published for the first time in 1998 as a completely bilingual (English & Greek) guide to Athens and is now offered in Chinese and Russian as well.

The guide includes specially designed maps of the city center, the greater Attica area, Sygrou Avenue and Glyfada. Eight editions are published annualy and distributed among Athens' hotels.

Info Stand system
