Prince Philippos of Greece marries aviation heiress Nina Flohr in St. Moritz

Prince Philippos of Greece married his long-term girlfriend, VistaJet aviation heiress, Nina Flohr on December 12 in the Swiss ski resort of St. Moritz, People magazine reported on December 16. The youngest son of the former King Constantine III of Greece is a New York City-based financial analyst and his godmother was the late Princess Diana.

Flohr “works as the creative director of her father's executive jet hire company and is the founder of the Bazaruto environmental marine research facility in Mozambique,” People reported.

She posted on Instagram about the wedding, “Just married (civilly)” with a heart emoji, People reported. The post may be viewed online: https://bit.ly/3ms9diM.

“Due to Switzerland’s strict COVID-19 restrictions, only the couple’s fathers King Constantine, 80, (Prince William's godfather) and Thomas Flohr, 60, were present at the civil ceremony, which will reportedly be followed by a religious service in 2021,” People reported.

The groom’s family announced the engagement in September in a statement that also noted that Philippos “popped the question on the picture-perfect island of Ithaca,” People reported.

Flohr posted on Instagram about the engagement, “My dearest Philippos. I love you today, I will love you tomorrow and forever. You make us happier, better and stronger, I cannot wait to spend the rest our lives together,” People reported.

Six weeks later, she posted on Instagram an enchanting photo of Philippos taken in a leaf-strewn park in autumn captioned, “Found my world in you,” People reported.
