Tornos News is at the world's largest tourism exhibition, ITB in Berlin, and is already covering the important events that are being organized these days at ITB.
It is known that the ITB, which always takes place in early March, is the barometer for how the year will go for international and mainly European tourism. After all, the "tone" is primarily set by the German market, which leads in outbound travel.

For Greece, Germany is the most important market, both in terms of arrivals and tourism receipts. In 2024, travel from Germany increased by 13.4% to 5,402.3 thousand travelers, while receipts increased by 3.5% to 3,696.1 million euros.
ITB effectively opened today, as yesterday was dedicated to Albania, which is this year's honored country of the exhibition. ITB ends on March 6.
