Region of Central Macedonia: Targeted B2B meetings in Greece and abroad

The Region of Central Macedonia plans to participate in targeted B2B meetings, within the framework of events that will take place in Greece and abroad.

In particular, the Region has decided to participate in CONNECT Tourism & Travel Event Thessaloniki, which is scheduled to take place from May 4 to 6 in Thessaloniki, in CONNECT ON TOUR 2025, which will take place in October or November 2025, in Warsaw, Poland or Bucharest, Romania, as well as in the Pure Meetings & Events event, which is scheduled to take place on March 13, in Paris, France.

In detail:

CONNECT Tourism & Travel Event Thessaloniki: During the CONNECT Tourism & Travel Event Thessaloniki in Thessaloniki, selected representatives of international tourism businesses will visit the destination and meet, at pre-arranged appointments, with professionals active in Thessaloniki and Central Macedonia.

At the same time, they will have the opportunity to get to know the city of Thessaloniki that will host them, as well as the surrounding area. The program includes presentations of areas and travel experiences, in order to present the destination and highlight its qualities in an effective and interesting way, B2B meetings with pre-arranged appointments between selected Hosted Buyers from Europe and suppliers from the region, as well as networking opportunities during an interesting social program.

CONNECT on Tour: At CONNECT on Tour to be held in Warsaw (alternatively in Bucharest), tourism business representatives will meet with professionals operating in Thessaloniki and Central Macedonia, for professional B2B meetings, with the aim of further strengthening the presence of the destination in this market. The event includes a specially designed presentation of the destination, B2B meetings, and a networking cocktail.

PURE MEETINGS & EVENTS 2025, Paris: At the Pure Meetings & Events 2025 event, the Region will hold 15 to 28 pre-arranged meetings of 20 minutes each and will manage B2B meetings, researching and selecting the appropriate Hosted Buyers. In addition, representatives of the Region will participate in the B2B meetings and networking events.
