8th Aristion Olive Oil Awards to take place in London on 9-10 April 2016The International Competition for Olive Oil Quality and Packaging Design ARISTION 2016 Awards which will be held on April 9 and 10, 2016 at Ibis Conference centre, Earl's Court London

London becomes the meeting point for the best olive oil producers in the world for the first time through a unique event for the distinction and promotion of exceptional quality "liquid gold" in international markets. 

Representative samples of extra virgin olive oil from all countries and continents will travel to the UK to participate in the International Competition for Olive Oil Quality and Packaging Design ARISTION 2016 Awards which will be held on April 9 and 10, 2016 at Ibis Conference centre, Earl's Court London. 

The competition will give two awards for the categories: 

• Quality extra virgin olive oil
• Packaging of olive oil products

The evaluation panel consists of significant olive oil representatives and experts from around the world, who will vote for the products with the best quality, while in regard to packaging, they will distinguish the products that stand out in modern design and innovation. 

The event is a valuable initiative, which hopes to raise the bar for quality and olive oil packaging design very high in international markets while performing in the UK market for the very first time. 

 Latest developments and trends

Representatives will attend the competition from every corner of the globe, and each product, which is awarded in the competition, regardless of distinction, will qualify to bear its certificate of participation in the London International Olive oil Competition 2016.

The aim of the event is to gather, in the heart of Europe, important representatives of olive oil from all countries, emphasizing its substantial value and its role in international markets.

Participants will have the opportunity, inter alia, to watch and learn everything they need on the latest developments and trends of the world market, to obtain reliable information from experts and discover the best means for the promotion and the increase of consumption of their product. 

The London International Olive Oil Competition is open to producers of olive oil from all countries by completing the online application form.
