A fire that broke out on Wednesday in an area of low-growing vegetation close to the Athens - Lamia highway, near Lykovrisi bridge, was partially under control, the fire brigade reported, according to ANA.

A total of 32 firefighters with 14 vehicles, one helicopter, two local authority vehicles, and volunteers are operating in the area.
