Greek FinMin: Overperformance of 2024 budget reflects economy's overperformanceEconomic seriousness with social sensitivity

The 2024 draft budget shows an overperformance because the Greek economy is overperforming, National Economy & Finance Minister Kostis Hatzidakis said after tabling the budget in Parliament on Monday, ANA reports.

The budget envisages a growth rate of 3%, a harmonized inflation rate of 2,4%, a 12.1% increase in investments, an unemployment rate of 10.6%, and a primary surplus of 2.1% of GDP.
